Washington, DC, July 29, 2010--The National Federation of Independent Business, the nation's leading small business organization, released a video today highlighting small businesses' views on why the healthcare law is unconstitutional.  Watch the video here. NFIB, along with 20 states, is challenging the constitutionality of the healthcare law in federal court. The biggest point of contention is the individual mandate, which forces Americans to purchase health insurance whether they want to or not.
